Web Design Q3 2023
I had been working on various thoughts on hero imagery for a marketing company specializing in aerospace. I liked working with cut-out imagery of cool jets and other flying contraptions, and I liked the interplay with using a hint of their logo mark as a main element, but it wasn’t until I dropped the background clouds and mountains that this design really snapped into place.
Tiles. These come up quite a bit in web design, but they’re always kind of fun. I spent some time on the icons, working on keeping them simple, but adding in additional line weights to give them some more dimension.
